About the position

The position mainly involves machining in CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines. Other workshop tasks are also included in the role.

Qualifications and personal attributes

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on CNC or at least 6 months of professional experience in CNC work.

You need to have a good ability to work in a team as you will work together with others within your group, and also in other groups as the need for personnel per department is driven by current orders.

To succeed well in the role, it is important that you are meticulous and take responsibility for following guidelines and routines, primarily to work safely but also to handle the company's materials correctly. The work is mobile but places low demands on physical exertion as aids are used in the work moments that require moving materials.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have experience working with the business system Monitor. Reading drawings, forklift, and trevers certificates are also meritorious.

Practical information about the position

The position is for full-time employment located in Ljungaverk, with initial working hours from 07:00 to 16:00, but shift work may be applied. We are affiliated with Teknikföretagen, and for this position, the IF Metall collective agreement applies.
